PBR TOURS will not be responsible for event postponements or cancellations, lost or stolen PBR tickets, nor are we responsible for weather delays. All tickets and packages will be sent to you via 2 day express delivery, by carriers such as USPS, UPS, Federal Express or DHL.  PBR TOURS is not responsible for lost or stolen tickets once the package leaves our office. A signature will be required for delivery, unless specifically agreed upon before shipment is sent out.

If a delivery is made in Las Vegas, a prearranged time will occur between a PBR TOURS representative and the customer.

We will guarantee that deliveries will be made before 1:00 PM on the day of the scheduled event.

Once we receive your credit card and permission for processing, ALL SALES BECOME FINAL.

Packages are non-refundable and non-transferable.
